release & assumption of risk

The waiver.

Read it once, sign it once — it covers your whole hunt.

1. Acknowledgment of risk. Hunting involves inherent risks, including the discharge of firearms, uneven and flooded terrain, watercraft, weather, and wildlife. I understand and accept these risks voluntarily.

2. Firearm safety. I agree to follow all instructions from Dry Creek Outfitters guides, to maintain muzzle discipline at all times, and to hold a valid Texas or Oklahoma hunting license with applicable stamps for the species and dates of my hunt.

3. Release. In consideration of participation, I release Dry Creek Outfitters LLC, its owners, guides, and landowner partners from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Medical. I confirm I am physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if needed.

5. Property. I agree to respect lodge property, blinds, and leased ground, and to leave gates as I found them.
